CEMENT PLANT SPARES & SERVICES
Alfbeth Limited has established itself as a leading service provider when it comes to cement plant spares, equipment and other services. The company has extensive experience in providing products and services to the cement industries and provides services to the procurement departments of cement plants across Zambia to supply and deliver equipment and spare parts. From Quarry to Packaging, we supply spares for all stages of cement manufacturing including Crusher, Stacker Reclaimer, Mills, Feeder, Preheater, Kiln, Cooler, Filter, Silos and Packaging Plant.
RADIATOR REPAIRS
Capabilities include; Remanufacturing, Recoring, Leak Inspection, Recharging, Flushing, Testing, Media/Soda Blasting & Painting.WELDING: We use lead solder, silver solder or aluminum solder to repair your rad. If the core is rotten or the radiator is not designed for the environment you are using it in, we will offer to custom order the right style core and recore your radiator, or supply you with the new unit. RADIATOR FLUSH: We soak the radiator in our caustic tank to soften and loosen the scale (kettlestone) build-up found inside some radiators due to electolysis or to remove oil sludge and stopleak sediments. We can also circulate solvents and special detergents through the heat exchanger to remove deposits.
AC CONDENSER AND CHARGE AIR COOLER
We also repair AC condensers and air-to-air coolers. We TIG weld or aluminium solder cracked fittings and damaged tubes.
HEAVY DUTY ENGINE REPAIRS
Our team of factory-trained engineers; services‚ repairs, and overhauls all DEUTZ, CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, GM, BOBCAT, KOMATSU, KAWASAKI, ATLAS COPCO, EMD, HYSTER, TORO and other related Engines. We have a close Partnership with full access to the OEM supply chain.
